Three Mark of Existence
- Impermanence( Anicca): It gives us a clear understanding that “everything changes and nothing lasts forever”. Everything from our emotions to our thoughts and feelings, from the cells in our bodies to the plants around us, is changing and decaying continuously.
- Dissatisfaction(Dukkha): Dukkha is a Sanskrit word that means “pain” , the universal truth that we all have to face in our life. It teaches that it is not necessary that people get everything in their life, which they want.
- No soul (Anatta): It gives us the idea that humans have no soul. Buddhist believe that people have no soul because nothing is permanent and everything changes.
